XTREME Hip Hop

Description:  A revamp of traditional step aerobics. With routines set to old and new school hip hop, it makes you want to get up and move while getting a great calorie burn! If you are looking for a high energy class that will give your body "all that it needs",  this is the class for you!

Common moves include:

  • Basic Step

  • Corner knee (or corner kick)

  • Repeater knee (aka Triple knee)

  • T-Step

  • Over-the-Top

  • Lunges

  • V-Step

  • Straddle Down

  • L-Step

  • Split Step

  • I-Step

 Get ready to burn some calories and tone 

at the same time.
